These terms apply when you book Santa (and any add-ons) through Hire Santa Raleigh at hiresantaraleigh.com or by calling (984) 299-7537. By requesting a date you agree to them. They are not a substitute for the details we confirm on the call.
The booking
A booking is not complete until we confirm the date, the window, the address, the look (traditional suit or natural beard), and the length. Quotes depend on those details. Add-ons such as Mrs. Claus, elves, or nutcrackers are only part of the night if we confirmed them.
Your site
You are responsible for parking, access, gate codes, stairs, pets, and a safe place to work. Tell us the door, the load-in, and any venue rules before the performer is on the road. If the site is not ready at the agreed window, we may not be able to extend the visit.
Changes and cancellations
Call (984) 299-7537 as soon as a date or address changes. December weekends fill. A late change may not be possible. Cancellation terms are the ones we stated when we confirmed the booking. Weather, traffic, and venue delays can affect arrival; we will communicate if the window has to move.
Conduct
The performer stays in character and leaves at the end of the booked window. Guests should treat the performer as a professional on a job. We may end a visit if the site is unsafe or if the performer is asked to do something we did not book.
Photos
You and your guests may take photos during the booked window. We do not sell prints. We do not use your event photos as advertising unless you have agreed to that separately.
Limitation
Hire Santa Raleigh provides a performer for entertainment. We are not liable for venue fees, lost time, or indirect damages beyond what North Carolina law requires. If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
